Taking on Cambridge Analytica in a fight for data rights

In a recent article from The Guardian by Navi Naik, a solicitor and partner at Irvine Thanvi Natas Solicitors, suggests the true costs of the digital age that are only now becoming clear.

According to Naik,

“ For too long, those rights have been ignored in the name of innovation. This is a critical time in ensuring that individuals have a say in how their online worlds are governed. “

The question of who controls our data and what rights we have should not be left in the hands of regulators or technology companies - it has become an issue of fundamental human rights.
